One of our properties had a new manager onsite. When the power went out her computer was locked. The retired manager could not remember the password so she was not able to recover or change the password. Because we had a contract with Mytek, they were able to get into the computer within a few minutes and remotely helped the new manager create a new password! Jesse from Mytek, saved the day.
