Three of us went for 80 min massages and all three had a great experience. Whether you have mobility issues, are an athlete or just want to relax - Movement Restoration is a great place to go. Highly recommend!
What a great place to go for relaxation and/OR restoration. My body has felt so much better (positive results lasting weeks and months!) after deep tissue massages. I didn't realize the impact that a professional, deep tissue massage could have on my problem areas. Please go try a 60-minute experience, and you'll be surprised how great you can feel after!
I come here every 2 weeks for a deep tissue massage and I gotta say it's 100% worth the price. I've been noticing a major benefit to going here consistently. I lift very frequently so my back and legs get tight so I noticed getting deep tissue massages here has been helping relieve that. I strongly recommend seeing Alexis. She knows a lot about how the muscle system works and why certain areas get really tight. The facility is also very nice, quiet, and clean. 10/10 experience every time.
