Terrible customer service. I had an account with them and called the broker with questions and was completely dismissed and talked down to. Instead of helping, they acted like I was wasting their time. I promptly transferred my money to another financial institution.

I started and investment account with Morgan Stanley, after six months I tried to invest and transfer more money into my account with them, they transferred from the wrong account, would not help satisfy the situation, led to charges from my personal bank and charges from them, 3 people said they would call me back, did not happen, nobody would help, I was charged extra for their mistake, I pulled all my money out and cancelled my account with them. Nightmare in Scottsdale.

absolute worst financial company out there!! The people who work there obviously have no customer service sills and if you ever try to go somewhere else they will avoid your calls like a plague and try everything they can to not allow you to take your money somewhere else! Highly recommend going anywhere else besides here for your financial needs!
