Emi is an absolute Master Stylist and a Miracle Worker! She saved my hair yesterday! I did an at-home bleach job (NOT advisable) and lost pretty much 1/2 my hair in the process. I thought my hair was ruined--- it felt like straw, and I felt bald. My hair just kept coming out every time I brushed it--- I was so depressed. I wasn't sure if Emi could salvage ANY of my hair--- I was getting ready for her to say, "We're gonna have to cut it ALL off." G.I. Jane, here I come. Ugh...great.But alas!
