I recently used Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary for the memorial services of a loved one. I worked with Greer Van Zantan. The whole process was handled with such dignity and respect. Greer and the entire Messinger family were wonderfully accommodating during our time of grief. They were patient and understanding and provided us with outstanding service. We held the memorial at their chapel and they accommodated a private family viewing and a public viewing before the memorial service. Never once did we feel rushed as they gave us the time we needed. I want to express my deep gratitude to Kendal and the entire staff at Messinger Pinnacle Peak for taking great care to ensure the service for my husband was the best it could be. Kendal listened attentively and was very empathic from the moment we met to discuss arrangements, and many emails later, to the day of the memorial. We had some minor issues with our photos, probably from the poor prints we were submitting, but Kendal patiently attended to every detail to make sure everything went according to our wishes. She was helpful in every way from securing a deacon, videographer, flowers, urn, color guard to the music choices. We received many compliments on the service...read full review
