I pulled my upper spine while stretching which caused me to have upper to mid back issues. My spine issues somehow caused me to have heartburn and I had to eat every few hours to get some relief. When I got adjusted in Indonesia, heartburn stopped for a few days and came back.
I flew in to Scottsdale from Indonesia to visit my sister. I arrived Friday night and scheduled to fly out Sunday morning. McDowell Mountain Chiropractic was the only chiropractor open that Saturday morning.
