We have a refrigerator that is decades old (it was here when we bought the house). Inside is a business card from Lewis Appliance in Scottsdale with a handwritten date, 1990! So, the first time we had issue with the unit, we called Lewis Appliance and they fixed the problem. It's a family business -- they were fun and friendly, as well as efficient. Two years later, I decided to add stainless steel door inserts on our oak-panel fridge/freezer -- I called them to ask if it was something they could do -- yes! Fridge/freezer now looks up to date and is beautiful. Another two years down the road, our unit was making noises. The son-in-law stopped by and discovered there was a clogged line which he cleared and the problem was resolved. We couldn't be more pleased with this company.

We have an old Haier wine refrigerator that stopped working. Vince and Rich came out to the house and looked it over. It was decided that it needed to go into the shop. They tested it thoroughly, made the repairs (not easy on an appliance of its age), and a few days later it was back home working perfectly.
