Despite the chaos of TPC Golf Tournament traffic and security stops, he arrived right on time with a warm smile and a can-do attitude. Courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, Sam quickly diagnosed multiple issues with our system and did everything he could to resolve them on the spot. He discovered that our new Trane thermostat needed to be replaced under warranty and immediately initiated the process. We have requested he be the one to return and finish the job once the parts arrive. Beyond his technical expertise, Sam brought a great sense of humor and genuine kindness that made the whole experience feel like a visit from a trusted friend. Larson Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new AC unit at my home last week, and I’m very happy with the results. I was hesitant to replace the unit so close to Christmas, but their pricing was very fair and the service was excellent. Ray Inclan did a fantastic job quoting and properly sizing the system, even going into the attic to personally check the duct-work. He was knowledgeable on the current APS rebate, payment and Federal Tax programs that really helped with the cost. The installation was professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Larson Heating and Air Conditioning.
