Victor at the front desk was awesome. I am here for vacation and wanted to check out the gym. He was great with showing me around and giving me a sweet experience. Highly recommend this gym and this location!
I recently visited this LA Fitness. I just happen to being doing business at the local Credit Union. I had a pending business appointment in about an hour, so I was pressed for time.
Went I went into the LA Fitness facility, I was greeted by Matthew O. I advised him that I needed pay my monthly gym dues ($29.99). I attempted to pay in cash, but I discovered that I only had $24.00 in cash. Matthew O, agreed to except the $24.00, made a call and waived the $5.99 to bring the account current.

I was visiting for the final four with family members who I wanted to take in the gym as guests. I was confused about the process and a little frustrated when trying to get in. Manager April Leck came right over and was super nice and took care of everything! My family members are now getting memberships with LA Fitness because of the way she treated us! Beautiful facility as well!!
