GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOUD LIKE TO BE FORCED TO HAVE EXPENSIVE PROCEDURES THAT DO NOT WORK IN ORDER TO HAVE PAIN MANAGEMENT. DOMINIQUE VILLALBA THE SCOTTSDLAE PA is cold and lacks empathy and knowledge. Discharged me as a patient because I told them I was not able to schedule an epidural procedure until the summer, because I teach. She was rude and condescending and also told me Dr Patel would not offer me a consult prior to any procedure he performed. This is not an unusual request. The last two PAs they had were awesome but they left due to poor pay. Bottom line-- if you have pain they will not help do what's best for you. I've now included the screenshots of the conversation since the business manager thinks they're in the right, though based on his comment alone I think everyone get's the gist of exactly what the attitude of the practice is. IF that office IS ADA compliant, which I highly doubt it's done to the smallest specification possible with 0 thought to actual functionality or patient comfort. I was in that waiting room I watched several patients with walkers have a hard time navigating safely and comfortably.

Staff turn around is out off hand. The good ones leave for better pay and the bad one get fired or are simply there as a body. My pain gets worse and I get no new treatments When there are issue with the prescriptions I can't get help and same day appointments are not allowed. You never see Dr Patel anymore. He has disappeared and clearly doesn't follow up on his business. When I started with integrity 5 years ago it was. 5 star experience. Now it's a hit or miss show that gets lots of bad reviews. I will be looking into other pain clinics. Integrity has lost its Integrity Good luck to those in need.
