Dr. Hadaad was so thorough, friendly, respectful and patient. She explained my upcoming procedure so well and was kind when I changed my mind on one of the procedure options. The office staff were also super. What a welcoming experience to a new patient!
My overall experience was excellent. One incident stood out to me as incredible, and I wanted to share. Having dyslexia, makes completing paperwork, even on a computer, a truly tedious task. Your receptionist, Alicia, not only asked me how my work was coming along (I’m constantly asked that), but she asked me if she could help me. Never having been helped, I wasn’t sure. But she orally asked me the questions and we were done quietly and quickly. Alicia, thank you!!
Dr. Overdorf performed the Intracept procedure on 3 vertebrae that have caused me pain for years. The relief I felt after six weeks was significant. I would recommend anyone suffering with back pain consider Intracept as a possible solution.
