My overall experience was excellent. One incident stood out to me as incredible, and I wanted to share. Having dyslexia, makes completing paperwork, even on a computer, a truly tedious task. Your receptionist, Alicia, not only asked me how my work was coming along (I’m constantly asked that), but she asked me if she could help me. Never having been helped, I wasn’t sure.
