As a former student-athlete, I am constantly looking for new ways to challenge myself with my workouts. Training with Michael has not only given me the challenge I need to get stronger, but also the motivation and encouragement I need to show up! Michael's deep knowledge about physical training is evident in every carefully planned workout he designs that incorporates dynamic exercises to improve both cardio fitness and strength.
