My Mother-In-Law has needed varying levels of care since she had a fall a few years ago. We have had many caregivers, but I wanted to take a minute to single out Pam. Pam is responsible for scheduling Mom's caregivers, and she has been nothing short of extraordinary. She cares; she has worked with us to understand Mom and her needs, and she puts in the effort to match Mom with caregivers she can relate to, as well as those who meet her needs. In addition to Pam, Elisha, Kimberly, Tammie, and Francine have been wonderful to work with, and on behalf of our family, we are grateful. Home With Help has been such a blessing. The staff are caring, professional, and always go above and beyond. The owners are kind and involved, which really shows in the quality of care. I’m truly grateful for the support they provide and highly recommend them
I had an accident back in March. I finally came home in July after being in the hospital, rehab and 2 different care homes. I was assigned to 3 different caregivers as I need help every morning and evening. Lydia, Maria and Kristen are assigned to me. These ladies are wonderful and give me such good quality care! They make me so comfortable in some not so fun situations. I had to talk to Wes with a personal problem. I left him a voice message and he got right back to me.
