I highly recommend Home With Help. I have been using the services of Home With Help off and on for a total of 8 years, since my back surgery in 2018. The Mitchells have always been absolutely helpful and accessible since then, always quick to reply to requests and making sure I had someone of high caliber and skillset after a variety of surgical procedures over the years. I have always been highly satisfied with whomever they have sent to help me. The girls have always been pleasant and very skilled in basic first aid and caregiving, even doing light housekeeping in my kitchen and feeding my pets when I was unable to get up to do it myself. It’s very hard to find the right words when caregiving organization such as Home With Help is so exceptional in every aspect of what they have to offer from the owner Wes Mitchell to all the wonderful selfless caregivers they employ who go the extra mile to help the families who need them in every aspect they have to offer. I’m very thankful I made that first call to Wes Mitchell who put me on the path to some of his remarkable employees…they know who they are… don’t ever change. The world needs more of you!
My Mother-In-Law has needed varying levels of care since she had a fall a few years ago. We have had many caregivers, but I wanted to take a minute to single out Pam. Pam is responsible for scheduling Mom's caregivers, and she has been nothing short of extraordinary. She cares; she has worked with us to understand Mom and her needs, and she puts in the effort to match Mom with caregivers she can relate to, as well as those who meet her needs. In addition to Pam, Elisha, Kimberly, Tammie, and Francine have been wonderful to work with, and on behalf of our family, we are grateful.
