Very friendly service & the shop was well organized & clean. Very clean bathrooms as well. Some issues with my nails (not fully painted down sides, tech encouraged some nail art..but wasn't the most symmetrical, one unevenly shaped nail etc). These things happen and it's my responsibility to examine and speak up prior to leaving, alas, I did not, and was def less than enthusiastic when I noticed these issues on my way home bc my acrylic fill/cut down/nail art service bill was 85.00 prior to my tip.

Ben does a great job with dip powder !! I love how thin my nails look. I've never been displeased and my nails always look great . , my pedicures and my dip lasts. I can make my dip last 3/4 weeks !

Great customer service and most importantly.. nails and toes look fabulous!! They were able to schedule me only half hour in advance to have pedi and sns dip mani done at same time. While the techs were carefully detail oriented, I was still able to be in and out within an hour. I'll definitely be back :-)
