I remembered seeing their sign months ago. So when I needed a haircut I went inside without an appointment. It was about 4pm on a weekday so no problem getting me in, and no wait. Rushel seated me and asked me what I wanted. A "classic" of course, and he started to work on my overly long hair. Rushel seemed to be a composit of all the best barbers I've ever had as a young adult. A very confident vibe. This is one great barber shop. I will be back and, this time, by appointment.
My boyfriend was in desperate need of a last minute hair cut and Rushel saved the day! He took the time to ask about it the style, but was also incredibly efficient. The classic cut included a hot towel and shoulder massage which I know my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed. Can't recommend them more!
I've been coming to Gold Scissors for Sasha for a year now and he's been perfect every single time. He's an excellent communicator and he listens carefully and executes your vision perfectly. I have poker straight hair which can be tricky to cut if you don't know what you're doing but Sasha has nailed it from day one. I went from a short fade style to a longer style, and he's been able to keep it looking fresh throughout that whole process. Now I just trust his talent and I let him go to work, he's a great dude, highly recommended Sahsa and Gold Scissors!
