Deon was Professional, efficient, and very fast. Geeks Mobile was fairly priced for the work I received. I called Wednesday to get an appointment at my apartment to diagnose issues in my laptop and repair (BSOD loop, and unable to recognize SSD outside out of BIOS), which was available the next day for a flat rate ($140). Once he arrived, the issue was addressed and the likely culprit identified (bad SSD), but unfortunately unable to be diagnosed precisely. From there it was taken to the shop for final diagnoses and repair, and was then available the next day for pick up. This final work (additional $55) was neat and everything was in order.
