Stop! You have found the best in the business. Hand Down! F&F operate at a completely different level than other carpet/couch cleaners we have used in the past. We spent good money on a very nice couch and it was time to do some "maintenance". Well we probably waited longer than we should have. I never though our couch would be as dirty as it was. From the first call, Judy (I believe) was awesome. Sent over pics for a quote, set us up for service the same week. I was hoping for it to be the same week, but was not expecting that. Fred showed up, on time at treated our couch as if it was his own, painstakingly combing over every inch making sure it was perfect. Then our rug... We LO❤️E this rug! It has been "cleaned" before by another company. On our driveway, where it then sat in the sun to dry.... Nope... that is not how it is done at F&F. Back to their warehouse to be treated properly. Tumbled to get everything out, washed throughly, then hung in the warehouse at a controlled temp until it was done. Then delivered back to us. These are our people and they should be yours. Make the call and enjoy not only being served well. But, have your couch/carpets cleaned they way they should be. Thank you Fred and team!
