I toured 3 different salon establishments and decided to go with Sola because the building manager Kase was so prepared with a packet of information and answers to all my questions plus more. Having a hands on team is very important to me as well as communication. Kase and the owners Avery & Susan are so welcoming and supportive throughout the whole process of getting started. I also love that Kase has a family history in the beauty industry, it’s been very helpful when needing advice on materials etc. The building is so clean and all my neighbors have been so friendly. “I am so grateful to Kayla. I originally went to see her for lashes, which I hadn't had before. I was nervous, but she helped me feel at ease and select how I wanted my lashes to look. Her shop is clean and so cute. As a bonus, she does eyebrows and permanent makeup. I had my brows and eyeliner done years ago but the one person I had trusted to do them moved. I found Kayla to be trustworthy and she has touched up my brows. She did fabulous work, so I'll be scheduling to get my eyeliner touched up. I met Jodie on a fluke after my lash girl of 1.5 years was more interested in eating the burrito that her boyfriend had brought to her rather then wax my nostrils. Which takes 5 minutes. I ask for the service every 2 weeks. I did ask but her response was the wax was not hot. So me being a business person I thought long and hard about how far I go to make people happy No matter what. I read all of Jodie's reviews and They are spot on. We briefly met in person to discuss my likes and dislikes. I have been enjoying our visits every 2 weeks. I finally have lashes done for Dawn I am a client for life. I love our conversations and the beautiful salon suite. Jodie pays special attention to detail and has finally mastered the color.
