This spa is the best kept secret in Scottsdale! It is located within the Honor Health Shea Hospital (complimentary valet parking!), but does not feel "clinical" at all-it is warm, inviting and relaxing! The spa also has a beautiful boutique that carries a variety of luxury items from cosmetics to baby gear. I've loved all the services I've received at Essential Touch-facials, massage, nails...I always leave feeling refreshed and excited for my next treatment. One of my favorite things about this Spa is that it is non-profit (no gratuity accepted!) and all the proceeds directly benefit the women and children's services & programs-It's nice to look good AND feel good!

Love this little place, not fancy but very clean. Great benefit for their employees and patients. Anyone can use their services but employees do get a small discount. The front desk ladies, Mary and Brea are warm yet professional, they are experts at customer service and make everyone feel special. Calls only go to voice mail if they are with a client, they always return my call and call to remind me a day before any appointment. My mother was a patient there for several months last year when I started using the services, very convenient since I work full time but still wanted to visit my mother every day. Amazing staff, relaxing environment, great boutique and products! I could go to a spa down the street from my house, but I drive across-town because I love how great the customer service is here they are so welcoming, and they make me feel comfortable when I'm there from the time I check in till the time I leave, can't wait to go back!!!
