From the very beginning, your receptionist made me feel welcome and comfortable, and she made sure my visit was still a pleasant one. Jenni, the hairstylist who stepped in, was absolutely wonderful—she not only provided a fantastic haircut but also took the time to listen to my preferences, making sure I felt heard and understood. Robin, the shampooer, was equally exceptional, offering a soothing and thorough service that added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. Since I am new to the curly cut, everyone spent time explaining how I could recreate the same look on my own. They even wrote down every step and product - which was a godsend. Additionally, I want to mention the two phone calls I had with your team prior to my visit. Both times, I felt genuinely valued as a client. The staff was patient and knowledgeable, explaining the haircutting process in detail and answering all my questions.
