I had a wonderful massage. My therapist paid attention to pressure level as he asked. And, worked out my knots stemming from a car accident months ago. I felt 100% after the massage and plan to go back. He also gave me a recommendation regime on what to do between visits to help with my sore areas which I can do at home or the gym. I would recommend Elements to all friends and family.
The employees and the owner were wonderful, loved talking with them. Definitely a 10 if that's all the scale went to. It was so relaxing, I walked out feeling like a new person. A must go if your looking for a relaxing massage! Will be there again
Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff! As with any massage therapy center, the experience will depend upon the therapist. I found a great one in Dawn! She has been able to customize my massages to deal with pain management and reduce the amount of NSAIDS I needed to take every 4 hours. I am very grateful to have found this location and therapist!
