My husband and I just moved into our new Morgan Taylor built home in Sedona in January of 2023. Overall, the quality of the home is good. Their salesman and designers were great to work with. The job site superintendent was OK. Sometimes he was very responsive, and at other times he was dismissive, like we were bothering him with our question about when punch list items were going to be completed. Our primary issues were lack of communication and slow progress. We realize that we began the construction project during COVID so that should account for some delays, but we were told at the beginning of the project that construction time would be 9 - 10 months and it actually took 1 year and 8 months. Very often there would be very little progress and no communication for weeks.

So excited to move in! Elizabeth was super helpful during the whole process and Dynamite has been more than accommodating for us first-time renters (outside of student housing). All of their rentals are gorgeous, I highly recommend them!!

The homeower was so wonderful and made us feel very valued as a tenant who takes great care of our house. Whenever we have needed assistance, I feel like we are a bother to the management and we end up taking care of things on our own more than I anticipated. We love our house, but are getting the cold icy feel we were used to living in DTLA for years, vs. the warm feeling we had initially when renting and taking great care of our current home. We are stable, responsible and proactive renters, but feel like we are not treated as well as we would hope to be. Responses are slow and often sound irritated by our questions.
