I’ve been a loyal Drybar customer for over two years and am there all the time. I would normally be happy to give this location four stars because most of the girls are wonderful, especially Ashley. I always try to book with her when she’s available because she consistently does a great job.
My recent experience, however, was very disappointing. Drybar encourages customers to pre-book appointments, and apparently I had made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Lacy was my stylist and she was amazing! She made sure I liked my hair throughout all steps of styling it, and she was very kind! Josie did my mom’s hair and did incredible. She was very lenient with what my mom wanted to do with her blowout. Love it!

I went in for my appointment today, and for the first time ever, I absolutely loved my blowout. Sophie recommended Michael, and she was incredible—my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. I was truly blown away by the entire experience and would highly recommend them!
