Have used Chem Dry company in the past and am pleased with their method of cleaning products. No exposure to harmful chemicals which cause medical conditions. The carbonation grabs the grit and dirt and pulls it out of the rugs and sofa.”

Wow!! I have been a very loyal customer for over 3 years. I take my items in every 3 weeks or so! This past week I got back my comforter and once I got home I noticed how wrinkled it was. I called them back to ask if there is anything they can do and that I have been taking it to them for 3 years and have never had this happen. They said they couldn’t do anything nor add a credit for it to be re cleaned for next time. I’m so disappointed. I have loved going here. I told them I could provide them with a photo and they were no help on this matter and did not seem to even Care! I’m going to take all my items to another cleaner now if this if the customer service I’m receiving after years of loyalty!”
