FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE from start to finish! Kelley is great. It was my first time getting my brows microbladed, and from the time I reached out to her, Kelley was proactive in ensuring I felt comfortable, answering all my questions, and making sure I got exactly what I was hoping for. I had hardly any brows when I went to my first appointment, and now I have natural looking beauties that were a perfect match to my (very thin and few) existing hairs and they compliment my original brow and face shapes perfectly. Kelley works magic on your brows! And that would be enough to give a 5-star review because my brows are the bomb now, baby. But she goes beyond that - she always follows up with all clients that see her or Bre, the aesthi. Bre does an incredible job on the services she provides, too. My lashes and smile are more beautiful now, thanks to her! Client for life here - I drive 30 minutes because it’s worth it! Thank you, ladies!
I found this place incidentally online. I had gone to a place earlier and when I went for my follow up she had closed her shop without any notice and had still charged me. Kelly contacted me before the appointment and asked me several questions and put my mind at ease. She then followed up with me till my appoiment with any questions that I may have or have come up. When I met her she confirmed all my preconceived thoughts. She was kind, genuine, honest and professional.
