Amazing service! Alicia started the grey blending process on me today. I asked a lot of questions throughout and she patiently explained every step in detail. I was somewhat nervous but realizing Alicia’s knowledge, skill level and experience put me at complete ease. My hair finally looks great and I’m so excited! Alicia was able to remove all the orange brassy color and completely elevated the color and look of my hair. The salon is small but friendly and comfortable. Appointments are so easy. I got a great cut from Kristin - she can do magic with fine thin hair. For a major metro area, Phoenix/Scottsdale has a dearth of good stylists. I now know that’s because the really good ones all work at Bravo.
