The office was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very polite and asked me to complete an intake form. The counselor was very informative and a highly skilled professional. She answered all my questions and was very honest about the whole CoolSculpting process. I would recommend them to everyone interested in looking and feeling better.

Wonderful experience and exceptional customer service. The entire staff are so responsive, caring and outstanding in their customer service and communication. I initially met with Sue who was so warm, welcoming and thorough in her explanations of all aspects and expectations. I did not feel pressured at all to make a commitment. Sue performed my initial treatment just a few days ago, assisted by Eden. I definitely felt like I was treated like a queen! Their explanations of the procedure and what to expect were spot on and I felt very comfortable in their hands.
