I’ve been seeing Jackie at Blue Stone Therapy for the past two months, and the transformation I’ve experienced is remarkable. As an avid golfer, I initially sought out her cupping therapy sessions to address the persistent tightness in my shoulders and lower back. What I didn’t expect was just how much her work would also improve my overall posture and athletic performance.
