So I'm giving 4 for the staff, actually 5 for the staff. Owner is a psycho who called me at home to berate me for being a 4 yr member of a spa club and not paying in full (it's a monthly payment for sevices year round) or not using his pet financing club. Giving desperate, giving poor, giving unhinged. If it weren't for the staff I'd tell spa bro where to go. So if you like it, here don't pick up 7111.
I see Angela on regular basis and she is great, very professional and super friendly. Highly recommended. The ladies at the front desk are always very sweet and you feel very welcomed. Thumbs up.
