Could not be happier with the work Done by Dean and his team. Very painless process, my fascia was coming apart on my patio and starting to warp in other areas around my home. Called up 3 roofers and got the run around from the other two trying to upsell me on a full reroof. Dean however, pointed to the problem areas and identified where the work was needed. He quoted me, and we agreed. His team showed up when they said they would, left the place clean after every work day and after 3 days the work, all was completed. Highly recommend Dean. We are very happy with the work Dean and his crew did on our house. We needed to replace the 20+ year old underlayment on our pitched clay tile roof and replace our flat garage roof due to leaks. We also needed stucco repair on some of the exterior walls, and we also wanted the house exterior painted. After getting 5 estimates Dean and BCS were the clear winners. He specified Westlake Tile Seal underlayment for our clay tile roof, which is the gold standard for clay tile roofs, with a 30 year warranty. His crew did excellent, professional work on the roofing, stucco repair, and painting. The crew cleaned up the work site every day and were friendly with me and my dogs....read full review
