I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The care I received was spot on with what I needed. They prescribed me medicine that actually helped me and now 2 days later I’m doing so much better. This is now my new urgent care for any future needs. Highly recommended.
I looked online and made an appointment so that I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there. I didn’t wait long and I was cared for fairly quickly. Prescriptions were faxed to my pharmacy and I was able to get them later that day. I really appreciate having a place to go that’s an alternative to emergency room.
Everyone was friendly the place was very clean
I have been to this particular Banner urgent care several times over the last few years. Most of the time I was pleased with service provided and a few times very disappointed by a very long wait while in the exam room. In fact I think I was forgotten. i needed to remind them i was in the exam room.
HOWEVER, my last visit there was PEEFECT!
I could not have asked for a more efficient, thorough and friendly visit. I was very pleased.
