After reading the reviews and based on my experience, Ravin is the go to guru when needing any PC needs or repair. I called Ravin Monday afternoon needing a battery replacement for my GF daughter's Macbook air. After a conversation about my time constraints, and the very time consuming nature of removing a Macbook air's glued down battery, he told me if I dropped it off that afternoon...he'd start on it very early in the morning before a busy day traveling. My computer had an issue that required service. I called the usual: Data Dr.'s, Geek squad and was told that they would need at least 4-5 days to look at my computer. All it needed was the liquid cooler replaced and I already had the part.
I found AZ Discreet Computers and talked to Ravin. He said he could get to it that afternoon. A few hours later, I had my computer up and running and at a very reasonable fee.
I was very impressed by his professionalism and taking care of the issue in little time. If there is a next time, you know I will be taking computer to AZ Discreet Computers and skip the other service centers.

I highly recommend AZ Discreet Computers. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers great products at excellent prices. However the best part is the personal service that he provides with each sale. He spent 30 minutes on the phone helping my 86 yr old mother in law download printer software and then helped her install it and connect the printer. You buy more than just a computer you get unparalleled service and assistance. He upgrades old drives and batteries turning old machines into fast efficient machines for a fraction of the price others charge.
