I had the pleasure of meeting Cheryl Oliver while she was teaching Sanskrit & Yoga Philosophy in my 200 hour YTT at a Motto Yoga. She was a guest teacher there and I remember being completely in awe of her from the moment she walked in. Cheryl is a living, breathing example of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Cheryl has such substantial knowledge and has created such a warm and welcoming environment for every student that walks through the doors of AYTT. The classes she hosts and the quality of classes she has available within her teacher training are so valuable to anyone looking to learn more about yoga and share more about yoga. I cannot recommend learning from her enough!
Authentic Yoga offers a rich and amazing training experience for people wishing to become yoga instructors or simply wishing to deepen their knowledge of yoga. With built in flexibility and self directed learning, Authentic Yoga offers an ability to learn and complete yoga teacher training regardless of the routine commitments of work and family. I learned about the fullness and tradition of yoga, beyond the physical asanas while being developed into a competent teacher for multiple settings.
