Jason was one of THREE termite inspectors from 3 different companies that we had come to give us assessments and quotes to deal with the termite problem we had. I am SO GLAD that Jason Alexander came out and worked with us! The first guy from a different company did not even identify that we had DRY WOOD termites as the major problem in a room addition/storage room and storage shed. The second guy from a different company quoted us $10,000 to tent our entire home for dry wood termites - when it was obvious that we did NOT HAVE ANY infestation in our main home at all. Fortunately, Jason Alexander with AZ Termite Specialists CORRECTLY assessed our situation with drywood termites and subterranean termites in our outdoor room addition & wood storage shed. He made suggestions of treatment plans and worked WITH ME to arrive at the best overall treatment plan for our home. He was honest, and provided factual assessments of how our situation could be resolved at the least cost to us. I was able to do some minor renovation work to provide more access to the infested areas and the treatment tech Robert was able to fully resolve our problems for a fraction of the cost that the other two firms quoted me. Robert spent a lot of time working through some of the issues I’ve been having with termites inside of my walls. He did a great job applying the termite pesticide around the house and the walls that needed to be treated inside the home.
