I've had five procedures at this office: an upper endoscopy, then a colonoscopy with banding, two more bandings, and Friday, was my follow up with another upper endoscopy, due to findings with the first. This has been all within four and a half months.
Dr. Ramzen has demonstrated compassion, while listening to me, answering all my questions and professionalism with all of my procedures.
His staff has been wonderful as well. From the nurse who checked me in and put my IV in ( I didn't even feel it! Dr Ramzam performed a colonoscopy on me and was excellent start to finish. Unfortunately his admin staff don't match up!! After the procedure I received an invoice, which was incorrect. I contacted the billing department, who said they couldn't change it because "it's already been put into the computer". I contacted the office manager, Trudi, who said she would sort it for me. A month later I received a second invoice, for the same amount. This time I sent a letter explaining it all in detail and asking for an acknowledgment, which I never received. I have just recently recieved a third invoice, for the same amount but now stating they will commence "collection" against me. I phoned Trudi, leaving two voicemails three days apart and did not receive a response. Last Friday I went to the office and was told Trudi was away, even though her voicemail stated "leave a message and I will get back to you". The receptionist said Trudi was the only person who could deal with it and she is back in the office the following Monday. The receptionist assured me Trudi would call me on the Monday (today). It's 8pm and I have not been contacted!!!!

Dr Ramzan is an excellent docteur. He listen to you and your problems. He is not pushy with any tests that r not necessary and has a good heart. I will recommend him to all my friends.
