AVOID AT ANY COST! We had the worst possible experience with the dispatcher or estimator; but a terrific experience with Freeman Wilson the man who did the job.We needed one kitchen cabinet drawer’s hardware replaced. I called ARC and they insisted on sending someone to give me an estimate - even though it was such a very, very small job. The estimator came and told us it would be $75 for the cabinet. While he was there, we asked how much it might be to replace our gas cooktop, if we decided to do so. $400 was given as that estimate.
