Wow, I recently had the privilege of adding on a salt treatment to my massage with Anthea! It was incredibly relaxing, and oh my goodness did it clear out congestion in my chest! This is an awesome detox service, if you have not tried it... I highly recommend it! It pairs so great with a massage

Had such a relaxing afternoon at Anthea's Healing Hands. First I started in the Salt Chamber and Infrared Sauna room. I used the sauna on the pain relief setting for 30 minutes and my body felt great after!! I sat in the salt chamber for a few minutes after to cool off, hydrate and prepare to go to my final treatment, Halotherapy. This was my first time trying Halotherapy and I will definitely be going back. After just 5 minutes, my sinuses were all clear. Anthea was super helpful and explained everything beforehand so I knew what to expect. I can't wait to go back!!

I have been getting deep tissue massages for 25+ years....there is NO ONE as great as Anthea. She has had intense training in so many therapies and is by far the best massage the therapist in town. Her studio/office is warm, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The salt room and infrared sauna is a wonderful addition to her already fantastic practice. I give her infinity stars.
