Visited this center for the first time. The staff was very kind. Initially, there was a misunderstanding regarding the scheduled appointment, but it was addressed and resolved in a professional manner.
I am giving four stars overall. However, my interaction with Dr. Thomas felt rushed. Her opening comment was, “We have multiple questions today,” and before I had the opportunity to explain—information I had already shared with the technician—she began listing them herself. She spoke very quickly and seemed focused on finishing the visit as early as possible, which felt somewhat dismissive.
Saw Dr McBroom as my doggie has digestive issues
The Dr was very very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us great advice which actually helped

All staff at this location make me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walk in with my pet. They answer my questions with genuine answers, no mater how silly I may feel the question is! After a poor experience with my past vet, I am very pleased with the excellent care at Animal Hospital At Grayhawk!
