UPDATE - Got a Very impressivecall from Hannah, asking if there was anything they could do about my negative review. Unlike Ian S (the business owner) who made excuses, Hannah's focus was on Me, saying she was sorry I had a negative experience and asking what they could do to make me feel better. . She did say they had done a thorough review and update, to make sure their focus is on clients and that everyone feels important. She offered to do another review of my Medicare plan when I said that it felt like no one looked it over this last enrollment period. I said that wasn't necessary, as Tammy had done an impressively thorough job in July when a move nessecitated a new plan. At the end of the call I was feeling like I truly am an important person to this company and will give them another chance to keep me as a client for the annual Medicare review. Maintaining a cautiously optomistic opinion and a wait-and-see approach for the future.
I've been with American Retirment Advisors since I retired in 2017 the agent I have is absolutely amazing I have no complaints every year I wait to see his recommendations. I would recommend this company. This company is definitely 5 stars plus.
I have used their services for several years and find them very knowledgeable about Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. I have a new plan this year and not familiar with how all of it works yet. They have been very helpful in navigating my way through all the ins and outs. Most appreciated. A pleasure to deal with.
