Exactly what I was looking for! Truck broke down in the middle of the night and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Christian answered and arrived exactly on his ETA. Super professional and fixed me up quick. He even texted me the next day to ensure everything was still okay. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a business hands down!
After four years, my car battery finally kicked the bucket. I hopped on Yelp and saw After Hours was right up the road. I gave them a call and spoke with Luis, who was driving and asked me to respond to a text with my information. I did so and he called me back promptly to let me know when he would be by. Unfortunately for Luis, he got a flat tire on the way! He gave me another call to apologize and give an updated arrival time frame. No issue for me-- I was working at home and didn't need to go anywhere in a rush. Upon arrival, Luis and his colleague had my new battery installed and running within 10 minutes. The total cost was $352 including the battery, installation, and city tax. Very reasonable and I couldn't have asked for better or more timely service.
Fantastic service! Christian was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! He went above and beyond to help when my car battery died. He immediately showed up and checked the battery got it started for me so I could get home. He then went and bought a battery and came to my house the next day and installed it. He took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation. Christian and his employees are top notched and give a first class service.
