I feel amazing today thanks to the athletic recovery amenities and hospitality of Sofie and Nicole at Active BodyWorx!! After last night’s group run, the stretching tools, the compression pants, the infrared sauna and the cold plunges all helped ease the tightness and tension in my leg muscles. Not only are the amenities and customer service here excellent, the interior decor is very aesthetically pleasing and relaxing! The bathrooms are also very clean and visually appealing. I highly recommend getting your recovery needs met at Active Bodyworx!! 🙂 We will be back for sure!! 🧖🏻♀️

Reviews
I am pleased to write this review because this level of service is rarely found today. From scheduling my appointment and the welcoming staff to the overall professionalism and personalized care options, I am completely sold!
Rae was excellent. She provided a step-by-step walkthrough beforehand, expressed genuine care in reducing my shoulder and back pain, and educated me on remedies to improve my overall wellness afterwards.
I highly recommend anyone looking to improve their wellness with a specialized health professional.
This facility is great and has so much to offer! All therapists here are very knowledge and very friendly. A positive environment and the recovery room has so many great things to offer, the sauna was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone.
