Amazing support with home
Depot home services team. They reached out right away after inquiring about services and after explaining my situation, they assisted me in scheduling the service. I needed my water heater replaced and my Home Warranty company was going to take 7 days to get a replacement for me and Home Depot was there in 48hrs. Amazing service from the intake call through the installation of the equipment. Definitely recommend even if you have a home warranty company because pricing wasn’t too bad but you can’t put a price on quality customer service and feeling valued.
Daniel (& Chris) were exceptional!!! From the first Hello to the last goodbye they were kind, courteous, friendly and know what they are doing!!! We are extremely happy with the quality of the flooring install!!! Thank you Daniel & Chris for making this a pleasant experience!!
(We had all 4 bedrooms redone with the Lifeproof Hybrid flooring)
