Let’s just say I drive an hour and a half for my kids to see Dr. Matt!
What an amazing dentist. Dr Matt is so wonderful with children, making them feel at ease and even singing songs to them. I could go on all day about how wonderful he is. My daughter has severe anxiety. Dr Matt is so great with her. We just went this week for all 3 kids to be seen. Katelyn was amazing with my daughter for her X-rays. She usually can’t do all the pictures because of her anxiety. Katelyn was so patient and sweet and understanding that my daughter did all her X-rays!!!! Ponica is always so sweet and pleasant! We just love this practice! Even though I wish they were closer to me I feel like it’s totally worth it to come to them. I never want my kids to fear the dentist like I do. With Dr Matt they never will!

multiple occasion i have needed emergency dental work for my children and always have to wait 2 to 6 weeks for treatment. The office manager, Ponica is so condensendingly rude and refuses to answer calls if u keep calling. my son is special needs so when he gets a bad tooth i want it taken care of as he is non verbal. now i have to cancel his occupational therapy appointment to take the only one available for 3 weeks. other option to wait 3 weeks. no kind words. no trying to help. she literally cares less about the children or their needs. Dr Matt himself is a good Dr however the staff is lacking. thats supposed to he his office manager? doesnt say much about the practice of he doesnt care to check in w his own patients. i will be going for one more appointment and to gather my sons medical records. sad that after trying for 2 years and all 3 kids go... all 3 will not be returning after this appnt. sad they dont care if they lose patients either.
Consistently have had positive experiences with my 3 yr old and 1 yr olds dental care. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a positive, stress-free dental experience for their child!
