They will constantly reschedule appointments. I made a behavioral health appointment for my son to avoid the years long waitlist for the behavioral health clinic in Tucson. I was canceled and rescheduled 3 times. I now would much rather wait a whole year than to deal with utter incompetence.

Honestly, the providers just milk your insurance. The psychologists and the therapists leave you feeling stagnant, and if you have a case manager named Kristine, she sounds like she hates her job.

Dr Raposas is the worst of the worst in bed side manners and rudeness!!! I know another complaint won't do a thing cause she has tons of them and is still seeing patients cause I can't say treating, but parents just be aware, if u want to experience the worst bed side manners then this is the Dr to see. Wish I could of done 0 stars just cause of her.
