“Had a terrible experience with a nurse practitioner after the 1st appointment I had. It was good the 1st appointment then the following appointments she never showed up. I had to request her to see me. Yes absurd right? I understand she has students that can practice on patients but at least tell your patients before hand. Nevertheless I changed to a Dr. who I could trust and found Dr. Semnani. Her team and her are amazing!! I know its my experience and everyone is different but in my time attending her office I felt safe, seen, my questions were answered, staff was informative, and dedicated to the patients health. It feels good to know she cares, and goes beyond just a white lab coat to make you feel like a patient that deserves care and respect. Hope medical mall sees what a gem she and her team are.“
