8 Years ago I had another well driller in Show Low drill my well. I was never to pump a drop of water. I have called them dozens and dozens of time to come out and repair the problem. Lots of promises, but no action. Lies, stories and excuses, but no action. I called Nielsen and they came over and fixed the problem is a just a few hours. I now have water for the first time. Friendly people who actually return phone calls and show up when they promise. Professional and courteous. Nielsen Well Drilling is 5 stars all the way.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. They were a delight to work with even though we took over a year to finally commit to what they were recommending for a major updating/renovation of our 83 year old well. They explained everything and did not recommend anything that was not necessary and in fact were willing to discuss ways to save money. In the end their four generations being in this business, their knowledge and experience, guided us to do exactly what was needed. They were professional, patient, friendly, hardworking, accommodating and cleaned up the job site when done. *UPDATED*I recently used Nielsen Well Drilling to drill my well. They are a family-owned business with over a century of experience. They provided outstanding service, excellent communication and are just good people. They got my well done ahead of schedule and on budget. Their work ethic, expertise, and personalized approach were exceptional. Highly recommended!!!*UPDATE* They just finished the well pump, control box and hydrant. Done in 2 days under budget. Lawson, Ryder and their crew are excellent. If you need drilling or well service in the white Mountain area call Nielson!!!
