Pima Heart is known for its thorough and professional care. The staff, including a Boston Scientific representative and Dr. Desai, take time to explain procedures and address patient concerns. The front desk is attentive and quick to assist with inquiries. Patients feel listened to and appreciated the friendly and helpful atmosphere. Overall, Pima Heart fosters a strong approach to healing and patient care.
Boston Scietific rep was thorough and explained things to us and consulted with Dr. Desai before adjusting Jerome’s pacemaker. April went over test results with us and listened to our concerns. Dr. Desai came in briefly and told us what to watch for and to come back in a month so they can stay on top of it.
I went to Pima Heart for an echo on my heart. Very professional. At the front desk I had a question about a scheduled treadmill test. I gave her private information. The lady at the front desk immediately left a message on computer to try and contact medical staff. After my echo test I was informed someone would contact me, if there was a concern on my question.
Would definitely recommend this clinic. All friendly staff. I was allowed to voice concerns and was listened to by both NP’s and Dr. I have never been to an appointment where I am called almost immediately after I check in but every time I have gone I have been called back within 5 minutes of checking in. This place exceeded my expectations.
