I visited Sedona with a friend and booked a trapeze yoga class and massage at Emerald Waves. The studio and people there have a family feel, and we felt so comfortable there. We had some scheduling conflicts and those were resolved so quickly for us, with the owner, Christine, opening up the studio to provide a last-minute personal trapeze class for us! It was very personalized and so much fun. We also had an incredible massage with Nichole of Sedona Body Works in the studio. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and knowledgable.
Emerald waves healing is my favorite place to be! i truly enjoy Christine’s yoga class. There is never any pressure, it is fun, the community is great, and best of all - it’s not soooo serious like other yoga classes I’ve been too. I LOVE the welcoming environment and friendliness that is always shown whenever I am there. It is truly a gem of a place that is a MUST for anyone looking for community, healing, deep joy, and of course, exercise.
