Wellness treatments such as Plasma Pen Fibroblast, microneedling, red light therapy, and body sculpting with red lipo light and Infra-Slim are also available. The staff, including owner Christine and specialists like Nichole from Sedona Body Works, are known for their kindness, knowledge, and personalized care. I visited Sedona with a friend and booked a trapeze yoga class and massage at Emerald Waves. The studio and people there have a family feel, and we felt so comfortable there. We had some scheduling conflicts and those were resolved so quickly for us, with the owner, Christine, opening up the studio to provide a last-minute personal trapeze class for us! It was very personalized and so much fun. We also had an incredible massage with Nichole of Sedona Body Works in the studio. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and knowledgable.
Lana and Christine are very kind people and there is a great selection of energy Healing services and fitness classes to choose from. I appreciate this place it has been a blessing for my relaxation and wellness
This is a real treasure to the Rimrock/Camp Verde Verde Valley area. LOTS of yoga/pilates classes, fitness classes, dance, zumba, tarot, beautiful shop, energy work, body work, staff and owner are all fabulous people.
